A seasoned veteran in the health care field, Mr. Dominguez has held a variety of positions that include medical assistant, mental health worker II, case manager and social services assistant. Recenty, he was named director of social services for two skilled nursing facilities, Alliance El Monte Care Center and Alliance Cherrylee Center. He ensures that the elderly and their responsible party receive supportive services, such as patient advocacy, counseling, admissions coordination and discharge planning. Inspired by his mother and grandmother, Mr. Dominguez attained an extensive education that has allowed him to fulfill his desire to help others, including a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Science in behavioral health care management.
