With 26 years of experience in the health care field, Ms. Hall is recognized as an expert in laboratory management. She has spent majority of her career with San Juan Medical Group, a family practice. In the position of laboratory and X-ray manager, she is charged primarily with overseeing lab work for seven physicians and one physician assistant. Her responsibilities include performing diagnostic X-rays, supervising a certified X-ray technician and a lab assistant, performing serological, hematological and urine tests, sending out samples to reference laboratories for specialized testing, and writing policies and procedures. Ms. Hall became a certified nursing home administrator and certified X-ray technician through the State of New Mexico. Additionally, she is a certified laboratory and X-ray technician, and holds a certification in laboratory science from American Medical Technologists. A member of the American Medical Association, she will seek to write policies and procedures and help others conduct laboratory set-ups as she moves forward in her career.
