An expert in pharmacy management, Madelyn Jung provides her over 13 years experience to King Soopers. Now celebrating her sixth year with the company, she utilizes her expertise in pharmaceuticals to verify prescriptions, educate patients, check for drug interactions, and consult with doctors and insurance companies. Mrs. Jung is especially knowledgeable with regard to the medicinal treatment of diabetes, post-traumatic stress disorder and severe head injuries. She enjoys being in a position where she is able to use her skills to help others and attributes her success to hard work and passion for her profession.

Mrs. Jung is a graduate of the University of Colorado where she earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy in 1997. She holds a certification in CPR, a certification in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery, and is an ordained minister. As an ordained minister she presides over wedding on a regular basis and provides ministerial services for the Universal Life Church.
