During her tenure at Interfaith Medical Center, Ms. Bonaventura’s responsibilities as its director were primarily focused on background checks and enforcing the center’s code of conduct. She conducted thorough investigations of medical professionals on staff to ensure they met strict credential and licensing criteria. Although retired, she still maintains her memberships with the New Jersey Association of Medical Staff Services and the National Association of Medical Staff. She also volunteers her time to the 9/11 Families Memorial and lends her support to the Central Park Wildlife Center, a favorite New York spot.
