According to Ms. Sandu, she aims to provide comfort, love, and stability to each and every resident that enters the doors of her facility. Ms. Sandu became involved in her profession after working for a urology clinic. She loved her job but she was gone all day, so she switched to the operating room, but that was a more of a difficult schedule for her as well. She was appreciative of her work but balancing home life was a challenge. Now she is in charge of her own schedule and she knew that she had the skills to provide the proper care for residents.
