She attributes her success to her ability to deliver quality services within ambitious time frames.

Ms. Rhodes enjoys composing and recording music in her free time and suggests that her ability to know when to keep trying and when to move on to another task is a key factor in her success in her industry. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ms. Rhodes earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1976. Ms. Rhodes retains affiliations with the North Texas Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and Psi Chi. She volunteers her free time to various charitable organizations.
