Ms. Rhodes provides knowledge and expertise in clinical trials monitoring and project management to the pharmaceutical, biologics and device industries to meet their short and long term temporary executive needs in the areas of new product development and post marketing studies. Ms. Rhodes has worked for multiple pharmaceutical and contract research companies during this time as well as starting her own consulting company. She attributes her success to her ability to deliver quality services within ambitious time frames.

Ms. Rhodes enjoys composing and recording music in her free time and suggests that her ability to know when to keep trying and when to move on to another task is a key factor in her success in her industry. She advises others in her industry not to wait for an opportunity to show up but to create your own opportunities.

A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ms. Rhodes earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1976. Ms. Rhodes retains affiliations with the North Texas Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and Psi Chi. She volunteers her free time to various charitable organizations. In the future, Ms. Rhodes hopes to experience continued growth.
