Prior to his tenure with Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare, Mr. Mercer worked as a social worker for Dayton Developmental Center, a social worker for Montgomery County Welfare, and a youth counselor for Operation Sisters United. An award-wining health care professional, Mr. Mercer was the recipient of a South Community Behavioral Healthcare Community Service award and an Outstanding Community award. In 2009, he received the title of Professional of the Year representing social work by Cambridge Who’s Who. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he retains a Master of Science in education, with a concentration in counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in education. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, antiquing, and lending his support to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
