Ms. Bartz has spent more than 33 years nurturing an abundant skill set, and she has made a name for herself as an expert in holistic and integrative nutrition. She is also a force to be reckoned with in the area of project management. She is currently responsible for coaching a team of talented individuals and writing blogs at Learn Conquer Soar Coaching, a lifestyle consultancy. She also pilots and keeps command of an A320 airbus, and mentors and coaches aspiring and current pilots.

Ms. Bartz is a retired Air Force pilot who is currently flying at United Airlines. In addition to her mentoring and coaching aspiring and current pilots in the field, she works at her life coaching business, which she established in 2010. She served as the treasurer of a nonprofit organization between 2003 and 2009, as well. She enjoys keeping abreast of trends in personal wellness, and taking action in her life. She also enjoys mentoring others.

Ms. Bartz became involved in her profession to be able to make a difference in people’s lives through her business as a holistic practitioner in life and health. As a pilot since 1982, she has made historic inroads for other aspiring women pilots to excel in the field of aviation. Upon reflecting on a rewarding career, Ms. Bartz attributes her success to her leadership skills, and to her ability to take action with persistence and tenacity in order to make it in the world of aviation. Additionally, she credits having owned her own business as a transformational holistic practitioner.
